Overview

Chichen Itza Light and Sound is one of the most recommended of the tours to Chichen Itza, because of its spectacular artful recreation of the ancient mayan lifestyle, beliefs and costumes played with a sensational light and sound animation. An  A/C transportation will pick you up at your hotel in Cancun at 9:15 a.m. every Wednesday. You will arrive to Chichen Itza around one o’clock to have a guided tour through the archaeological zone to bear witness of the mayan ruins, once powerful Mayan people remnants and visit the Sacred Cenote where sacrifices took place. You'll have the opportunity to see the Ball Court, where Mayan games of strength and skill were held, the Castle and Pyramid of Kukulkan, recently declared as one of the 7 Modern Wonders of the World, also you will have free time to explore on your own and take photos.

Then you can enjoy a delicious buffet (drinks are not included) and visit a market where you will be able to buy handicrafts made by the local people.

At 6 p.m. it’s time to get ready to come back to Chichen Itza to enjoy the evening's so famous light and sound entertainment show that begins at 7:30 p.m. and lasts one hour and a half. Then we will come back to Cancun.
