This multi-building resort is one of five sister properties where guests may access restaurants, business centers, and other facilities. Complimentary shuttle service is provided between the resorts and to the Royal Yacht Club Marina, which is across from this hotel. Onsite is a sports center with complimentary bicycles, snorkeling gear, tennis rackets, and golf clubs. Complimentary sailing and swimming lessons are available, as are scuba-diving demonstrations on most days. Handicrafts and children's activities are another offering (children must be supervised by parents). A large outdoor pool features a swimup bar, and an open-air restaurant that serves all meals is adjacent. In addition, International cuisine is available in a fine dining room. A tour desk can arrange a variety of excursions, and a doctor is on call at all hours.
The resort offers a daily program of activities for children and adults including beach and pool games, board games and craft workshops. Most activities are complimentary. Others have a small charge only to cover the cost of materials.
Activities and hours are subject to change. Please confirm this program at your arrival.
Scuba diving trips, PADI certifications, excursions and a variety of water sports can be arranged at the poolside water sports center and through the tour desk. Scuba diving demos are offered free of charge from Sunday to Thursday at noon at each of the resort pools.
At the Royal Marina on the shores of the lagoon, complimentary sailing lessons are available, as well as the free use of sailboats (one hour a day, per villa). On Fridays at 11:30 a.m., set sail for an exciting regatta.
For those of you who do not know how to swim, beginner's swimming classes are available for adults. Sign up at the sports desk a day in advance to set the place and time for the class. It's never too late to learn.
The tennis staff offers:
Each of the 200 two-bedroom two-bathroom villas is fully furnished and equipped with all the comforts of home. The large terrace accessible from both bedrooms and the living room offers spectacular views of the resort, the pools, the lagoon or the Caribbean Sea.
The villa kitchen has everything you need for vacation catering, from dinnerware and a dishwasher to a corkscrew for your wine and a blender for creating your very own Caribbean cocktails.
The flexivilla design allows the villa to be used as a whole for up to six people or to be divided into two independent units: a one-bedroom suite sleeping four, two in the master bedroom and two on the Murphy Bed in the living room, and a hotel room sleeping two. When the unit is used as two separate entities, the sliding glass doors from the second bedroom to the main terrace are shuttered and locked thereby ensuring privacy for both parties.
