If you recently booked an airport transfer to your resort with Thomas More Travel and will soon be traveling to Cancun, please be aware of a uniform change for our airport staff.
The Thomas More Travel representatives who greet passengers outside the Arrivals area in Cancun International Airport now wear a navy-blue shirt and beige pants, instead of the bright yellow shirt formerly worn. They will also be holding a sign with the Thomas More Travel logo clearly displayed.
If you do not see our representatives immediately, please wait as they will be on their way. Do not accept offers of help from anyone else in the area. Only official Thomas More Travel staff can provide the service you have already booked.
